Green Marketing was founded in 2006. Previous to that owner Christopher Green worked for a local consumer packaged goods company. For seven years Chris helped market and expand the company until it was acquired by the Scotts/MiracleGro Company for $77 million in 2006.

Advertising background: Christopher Green worked as an Art Director for the Indianapolis' prestigious Pearson Group on several large regional accounts such as H.H. Gregg, J.D. Byrider, Davis Homes, St. Vincent Hospitals, Ivy Tech Community College and the United Methodist Church. His specialty is utilizing new media to help clients get the most out of their advertising budget. Christopher is a hands-on marketer with various skills including copywriting, print and web design, seach engine optimization and social media advertising campaigns.
