When you first enter CityFit, you'll notice our well equipped juice bar where we serve the tastiest and healthiest smoothies on the planet. If you need a pickup, try a Starbucks Coffee or an energy bar.

Beyond the juice bar you'll encounter a cardio theatre where you can work out on Cybex equipment known as the best in the industry for it's smoothness and comfortable motion. Plug in your headphones and enjoy 55" plasma monitors with a variety of your favorite entertainment available.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

If you like circuit resistance training, you'll find the CityFit circuit to be the best way to build tone and muscle because our high-tech equipment really helps you maximize your workout.

For the heavy lifters, there's also plenty of weights, benches, dum-bells and racks so you can pump all the iron you want. Don't forget to bulk up with our Apex supplements and protein bars.
