Association Fees and Responsibilities
Fees for residential owners will include security monitoring for the condominium building and parking garage, exterior maintenance, cleaning and utilities for all common areas including exterior glass, general insurance for the Homeowners Association, professional management services, and water/sewer/trash for residients. Fees are based on actual expenses and are $260 per month.
Parking and Storage
Parking spaces nearest to the residential entrance on the third floor of the garage have been reserved for condominium owners. Each unit has one designated space included at no charge.
